Yoga is a comprehensive system of postures, breathing, and meditation techniques that developed in India over 5,000 years ago. There are numerous health benefits to practicing yoga including: greater sense of relaxation, mental clarity, increased vitality, reduced stress and improve overall physical fitness, strength, and flexibility. It is considered a way of life and does not have any secular affiliation or beliefs. Anyone can benefit from this ancient practice, whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for many years.

Meditation is a practice used throughout the world to increase day-to-day mindfulness, achieve mental clarity and increase self-awareness. Meditation trains the mind to be a witness of your own thoughts, allowing beliefs or feelings to arise without judgement or attachment. Some examples of meditation techniques are walking and sitting meditations.
Meditation has been proven to quiet one’s thoughts, reduce anxiety, lower heart rate and blood pressure, strengthen your immune system, regulate mood and benefit everyone.
For centuries, ancient cultures used the power of sound to heal and bring about inner harmony and a sense of calm. Today, sound vibration is increasingly used to health and healing.
The utilization of singing bowls, chimes, didgeridoo, voice, ocean harp, and other instruments harmonize systems within the body to therapeutically stimulate bones, blood, organs, emotions and etheric bodies to align in true health and balance.
Through guided sessions, each client will deepen their connection with their body spirit, their innermost thoughts, and their subconscious.

Shamanic Medicine goes back 25,000 years originating within a wide number of indigenous cultures across the world. Shamanic healing is rooted in the belief that everything is energy and that all healing takes place on a spiritual level. The Shamanic Practitioner works to assist the individual in creating balance and harmony within the luminous or spiritual body. Often, unresolved issues from the past or current life traumas create illness when not addressed. Shamanic healing helps a person connect to their innate wisdom and intuition. It is for anyone seeking to address traumas, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, anxiety and stress. Shamanic healing sessions guide individuals to remember the wisdom of their hearts and gratitude for themselves and others.
A form of Folk Medicine that uses a holistic approach to healing and has been in the Americas for hundreds of years. It is known as medicina del campo, which means medicine from the country. Different techniques are used to remove stagnant energy or any energies that are negatively affecting someone’s health and well-being. Curanderismo uses a thoughtful blending of traditional indigenous and complimentary holistic practices. It often includes spiritual cleanings and prayer to restore balance and harmony. Illness or disease is considered a disharmony of all dimensions. This healing technique can be used alone or as an adjunct to your conventional medicine.
Limpias are a technique, most often used during Curanderismo, during a soul-cleansing ceremony.
An organic egg in its shell and rosemary are swept over the body to cleanse and absorb unwanted energies and shift energetic fields. The egg is then cracked in a glass of water and read and translated by the curandera (healer). This serves to sweep away dense or heavy energies that are collected as we move through daily life. The curandera also burns herbs such as sage, cedar, juniper, or copal (resin) to purify the environment and the body. This technique is helpful for individuals experiencing grief and loss or any form of trauma.
Massage therapy can help to relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress and anxiety, increase relaxation, and aid in overall wellness.
Swedish Massage: A Swedish massage is a relaxing, full-body massage. It helps with overall circulation, detoxification, and restoration. Enjoy long, lengthening strokes towards the heart to bring your body back into a state of balance.
Deep Tissue: Deep Tissue massage is similar to a Swedish Massage with a focus on chronic muscle tension. This deeper, more focused massage addresses your layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia.
Marma Point Therapy: Marma Therapy originates from the ancient science of Ayurveda. Similar to acupressure points, Marma points are vital energy sources that can become “blocked” and inhibit the flow of energy. The focus of marma point massage is primarily to manipulate subtle energy or prana, but physically they’re also very effective for relieving stiff muscles and boosting circulation.
Integrative Reflexology: Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, directed at the feet, hands, or ears. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to and are relative to all parts, glands and organs. Benefits of reflexology includes stress reduction, enhanced circulation, boosted energy levels, pain relief and elimination of toxins.
All services are $80 for 60 minutes or $120 for 90 minutes (plus tax)
