This position requires flexibility and may involve working some evening hours.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Working with Medicare clients
• Provide individual, couples, group, and family counseling.
• Provide psychosocial assessments, treatment and safety planning, and crisis response and intervention.
• Comply with all legal and ethical standards, guidelines, and policies.
• Comply with all incident reporting procedures in accordance with MVW’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in supervision, trainings and meetings as assigned.
• Demonstrate effective organization and time management skills as evidenced by timely documentation and consistent attendance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master’s degree and Clinical Social Work License (LCSW),
• Professional Liability Insurance Required
Ability to be credentialed with Medicaid, Private insurance and Medicare.

This position will provide clinical and administrative oversight for some of our counseling programs.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
• Oversee programs within the agency to maximize resources and enhance effectiveness and productivity.
• Coordinate with various outside program liaisons
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation and delivery all required reporting for outside agency contracts.
• Training of staff on various programs and procedures.
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision
• Assign referrals to appropriate providers and follow up with outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards, guidelines, and policies
• May provide direct client services including assessment, treatment and safety planning, crisis response and intervention, and individual, group, and family counseling as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
• New Mexico Social Work License (LCSW)
• At least three-year experience providing clinical supervision preferred, and approval to supervise per the New Mexico State Counseling and Therapy Practice and Social Work Boards
• Professional Liability Insurance Required
