Susan is our Billing and Credentialing Specialist, ensuring accurate and timely processing of service claims. With a background in massage therapy from the Humanities School of Allied Health and Massage Therapy, she brings attention to detail and care to her work. She collaborates closely with our therapists, front desk, and administrative team to maintain credentialing with insurance providers. Susan resides in Nambe with her husband and enjoys gardening with their Cairn Terrier, Cyrus.
